Information
The dwelling is currently reverse living (living accommodation on the first floor and bedrooms at ground). The intention is to flip the living accommodation to the ground floor and add a master suite to the first floor.
The extension has been designed to appear subservient to the immediate barn. A parapet flat roof construction reduces the overall height of the extension and is linked to the existing barn via a glazed link. This ensures a definitive break between the original building and extensions.
