This scheme in green belt on the edge of Bramhall. Located on a brownfield, the proposals comprise a courtyard of four new dwellings, along with the extension and refurbishment of the existing house.

The houses are a mix of three and four bed units and are influenced by the semi-rural location. As of July 2023 we received planning approval.
