The proposals by developer Miller Homes alongside architects Calderpeel are for 282 homes, split between 191 apartments and 91 houses.
Apartments will be split across 10 blocks, ranging between three and six storeys, and include a mix of 50 one-beds and 141 two-beds. The houses are largely three-beds, with 66 of these alongside 21 four-beds and four two-beds.
