With a respectful nod to the heritage of the area and its prevalent architecture.

Information
A buyer profile study identified an appreciation for historic architecture and energy efficiency. The response was three-storey ‘executive’ properties featuring high ceilings, picture windows and period styling, ensuring the homes were in keeping with the vernacular architecture. Photovoltaics were integrated into natural slate roofs to deliver real benefits to occupants. The properties also met Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Whilst the architecture of the new homes has been influenced by the height, steep gable rooflines and prominent double bay windows typical of the Victorian era, the approach for The Square is distinctly modern.
