In addition, a residential development comprising up to 319 homes also formed part of Wynnstay Farming’s application.

Wrexham Council has now granted Pure Residential & Commercial permission to deliver the first tranche of homes, comprising a mix of apartments and two-, three- and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses. 

An application for the remaining 187 homes, to be located across 19 acres, is to be submitted in due course.
