Chris Parks - Architect
Chris is a skilled architect who has worked with the practice for over 12 years and currently leads the practice’s work in the emergency services and care sector.
Chris has extensive experience across a number of sectors. His specialist expertise is in the implementation and delivery of projects in the Bluelight and health sectors.
He is project leader for the team that is working on our successful PFI bid for Stoke and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Authority delivering eleven new fire stations. Chris has established a strong relationship with the fire service. With the first five projects completed, this remaining six stations are due for completion May 2016.
He has a detailed and comprehensive understanding of not only the design and construction requirements for fire stations but also the sensitivities around decant operations and temporary facilities to preserve service continuity.
Having helped deliver around fifteen fire stations Chris has been involved in detailed proposals for the installation of temporary facilities on a large proportion of these projects. Chris was also involved in Calderpeel and Kier’s bid for the North West Fire Service and the latter stages of our successful Gloucester Bid.
