Calderpeel Architects has two new recruits following the appointment of Gregory Semaniszyn and Chloe Forshaw
Gregory has joined the practice’s Altrincham office as an architectural technician. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Architecture from Wrocław University of Science and Technology in his native Poland and will now work towards becoming a registered architect in the UK with support from Calderpeel.
Meanwhile, Chloe has joined Calderpeel as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant having recently gained a Masters of Architecture degree from Northumbria University. Also based in Altrincham, she will now gain the experience to enable her to sit her Part 3 qualifications in the next year.
Ewen Miller, director of Calderpeel Architects, said: “We’ve a proud tradition of supporting our staff at all levels as they progress their architectural careers.
“Chloe has experience of working on high-end residential projects from her previous placement roles and is a great addition to the team. We’ll share our knowledge and experience with her as she works towards becoming a qualified architect.
“Greg has bags of experience and great technical skills, including specific expertise around Building Information Modelling and the architectural software we use for this.
Chloe said: “I was impressed by Calderpeel’s philosophy of thinking differently and using innovation in a practical way. I feel I can bring my skills in design, presentation and communication of a scheme to the practice. This is an opportunity to improve my architectural experience by working on a variety of projects at different stages.”
Gregory added: “At Calderpeel I will be able to gain more experience working on projects from design through to construction and completion. I’m also keen to assist the practice as it incorporates best practices for BIM.”
Calderpeel Architects has offices in Altrincham, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield and Surrey.
