Simon has previously acted as design Architect on Fire Service projects for Greater Manchester Fire Service, Lancashire Fire Service, West Midlands Fire Service, Cornwall County Fire Service, Bedfordshire and Luton Fire Service and Dorset Fire service on a range of PFI and more Traditionally Procured Projects.

These projects have ranged from Single Bay retained Stations to Brigade Head Quarters and have incorporated elements such as Community Fire station and Real Fire Training Scenarios.

In addition to the architectural side, Simon is director of three PFI Consortium, pff Stretford, pff Lancashire and pff Dorset, and an equity investor to all three through Carden Croft & Co

Simon has led many large multi-disciplinary teams to a successful delivery of projects by liaising between client (surrogate client, management contractor or project manager) the design consultants, and also integrated the necessary legal and financial modeling for complex PFI projects.
