Mark started at calderpeel in July 2003, having gained valuable and varied experience in the leisure, retail and commercial sectors. With a particular emphasis in the leisure and commercial industry, Mark has worked on a broad range of leisure clubs, offices and industrial projects from inception to completion.  

At calderpeel, Mark has focused his innovative design skills in the residential and regeneration sectors, with great success.

Mark is the designer and team leader responsible for the delivery of the highly praised modern residential development of ‘The Deck’ for Taylor Woodrow, on a brown field site in Runcorn overlooking the Mersey Estuary totalling 400+ units. Mark's work has developed a close working relationship with all the major housebuilders and prides himself in providing an excellent design service to tight deadlines.

As Associate Director, Mark oversees a dedicated team of designers who also specialise in the residential, commercial and PFI sectors. This team is currently involved in the design & procurement of new fire and police stations in Dorset & Bedfordshire.
