As PFI Development Director for Carden Croft & Co, David Croft has acted as Bid Leader for Fire Partnership tenders submitted at Cornwall, West Midlands, London, South Wales, Manchester, Lancashire, Dorset, Suffolk and Dunstable. Successfully taking Manchester, Lancashire and Dorset to Financial Close, establishing SPV and arranging funding.

David Croft established facilities management systems and operations for Carden Croft Co Ltd. Operating for Stretford & Lancashire Fire Stations since completion. Carden Croft have established a track record in Fire Partnership Projects of which David Croft has been instrumental in developing the working relationship with the Fire Authorities.

David recently closed the DESPI sponsored PFI Contract for the Dorset Fire and Rescue Services and Dorset Police providing two Fire Stations, Fire Service HQ and 100,00sqft Police HQ facility. Carden Croft have aimed to create a proactive, solution creating ethos that addresses the end users problems. It is this philosophy that Carden Croft and David Croft will contribute to the Partnership Team

Throughout his career, David has had direct involvement with running projects as Design Team Leader and in line with the Company's philosophy has always had a "hands on" approach to acting as Project Director. This role has involved the team management of multi-disciplinary teams on various procurement routes.
