Julie joined the practice in 1994 and has been an integral part of Calderpeel, running her own team whose strength lies in domestic work and one-off developments, especially in conservation areas and green belt.
Julie has a strong technical background and a particular flair for the detailing, conversion, refurbishment and conservation of existing structures, listed buildings, farmhouses and barns. As a qualified architectural technician, she has extensive knowledge of all types of construction and exceptional abilities in administering building contracts.
Julie has recently obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Building Heritage and Conservation, which has further strengthened her skill in the specialist area of conservation architecture, along with becoming a member of the IHBC.
