chris meets royalty and comes to work dressed as a soldier in the same week!

Architect, Team Leader and Second Lieutenant Chris Parks has had a busy week attending a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace and also raising awareness of the centenary of the Territorial Army by taking part in "Uniform to Work Day".

The aim of the "Uniform to Work Day" was to put the TA, its work and contribution to the British military in the public eye as a force 'among us' in society. The unique aspect of a Territorial's soldiering is that everyone has a separate civilian story to tell.

Associate Director, Mark Massey also had the pleasure of joining Chris at Buckingham Palace. The Garden Party was in honour of the centenary of the TA and was attended by HRH The Earl of Wessex and HRH The Princess Royal.  Over four hundred Reservists were invited along to pay tribute to their employers by taking them to this very special event.
